Should San Fran BART officials have shut down cell service to disrupt a planned

On Thursday BART officials decided to shut down subterranean cell phone service in downtown San Francisco stations to disrupt a planned protest over the police shooting of a knife-wielding man at Civic Center Station last month.

No, they should not have shut down cell service as this is not only an act of censorship, a violation of free speech, but utterly stupid as it is a horrible safety concern! Imagine someone having a heart attack and not being able to make a call to get help...they could have been prosecuted for negligence!
